EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. — Zinpro Corporation announces Kathryn Ritz has joined the company in a new position as research associate. She will help to organize and implement research studies that assess potential new-product efficacy, review and summarize literature to determine areas where Zinpro Corporation should explore new products, and assist research chemists to screen compounds to assess efficacy.
“Kathryn is a welcome new talent for Zinpro as we pursue innovative ways to provide nutritional solutions to people who raise and care for animals,” says Mike Socha, Ph.D., Research and Nutritional Services (RNS) associate director, Zinpro Corporation. “We’re pleased to employ her excellent research background, practical lab experience and ruminant-nutrition expertise as we seek to develop new products for Zinpro.”
Ritz earned a master’s degree in animal science from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, with an emphasis in dairy nutrition and management. She earned her bachelor’s degree in animal science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
