MIDDLETOWN, N.Y. — Cornell Cooperative Extension Orange County is happy to announce our upcoming training scheduled for Thursday, April 25th from 9 AM to 4 PM. This training is designed to educate beginners or experts in farm businesses on how to develop and write a business plan and also learn the basics of accounting principles. The training will be held at the Cornell Cooperative Extension Orange County Conference Room at 18 Seward Ave., 3rd Floor, Middletown, NY 10940-1919.
This insight will guide you when reviewing grant and loan applications for your businesses. It will also help you to
manage your financial flow and keep track of your farm or enterprise budget.
The primary goals of the training are;
- Learn how to write a business plan.
- Understand the basic guidance to financial accounting (Record keeping, Balance Sheet, Income Statement & Cash Flow Statement).
- Help measure whether your goals are on track.
- Help in decision making, easy grant and loan applications and marketing strategies.
Training Fees: $25.00 per person.
