MT. VERNON, Mo. – This meeting is a gathering to refill those who generously keep the farm, and community running. Come together to chart the path for 2022’s Women in Dairy programming.
On Wednesday, December 8th from 10:30-2 dairy producers and industry supporters will celebrate the end of 2021 and plan for a successful 2022 programming season. A holiday craft and lunch are provided at the University of Missouri’s Southwest Research Center in Mt. Vernon.

Back by popular demand, the women in dairy group have selected a family in foster care to sponsor for the holiday season. “Ladies involved in the dairy industry are the most giving folks you’ll find,” says Reagan Bluel, program leader and field specialist in Dairy for the University of Missouri. “The love, compassion and drive to help epitomizes
‘Women in Dairy’ all of which are exhibited through this act of kindness,” she continued.
“After a long departure from in-person meetings, I am really looking forward to getting the ladies together again,” said Bluel. “It will be great to see everyone’s smiles”.
This meeting will kick off the 6th year of Women in Dairy programming. Come be part of the planning to ensure a successful 2022.
