WILMAR, Minn. — “Weathering the Storm,” the fourth annual Women in Ag Network Conference will be February 13, 2019 in Willmar, MN at the Willmar Conference Center (240 23rd street SE, Willmar). This fourth annual event will be a day of learning and networking for women involved in agriculture. Registration begins at 8:45 a.m. with conference program from 9:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Sandy Hansen-Wolff, local agricultural business owner, speaker and consultant, will be the keynote speaker. Sandy will focus on looking at participants’ current life path – both professionally and personally. She will address areas in life and business where participants want to let go, change, reduce stress, become better leaders and improve in their lives.
Breakout sessions will feature three diverse tracks for attendees to choose from: business and finance, organizational leadership, and business and finance. The day will end with a panel discussion, “Make Your Own Weather,” where panelists will talk about how they have worked to focus on making the best of agriculture even in challenging times.
Pre-registration is required for the conference at z.umn.edu/WAGN2019ConferenceReg. The early bird rate is $50 until January 30, 2019. After that date, regular registrations are $65 and accepted until February 6. Late registration is $80 and accepted after February 6 if space allows. Students receive a special rate of $10 if registered by February 6.
