APPLETON, Wis. — Junkin to Speak on “How to Overcome the Third-Generation Curse” – Friday, February 24 at 3:30 p.m.
In farm succession, everyone looks at the transfer of assets, but nobody has ever looked at the transfer of management and how farm families work together during that decade of transition. This is broken!
Andy Junkin improves HOW farm families make decisions together by getting farm families to Focus on What Matters. His belief is that if the farm focuses on creating good successors and improving joint decision-making first, succession will be so much easier later on!
Junkin to Lead Saturday Early Bird Discussion – Saturday, February 25 at 8:00 a.m.
The Saturday morning roundtable discussion will include several members that have gone through their own family transitions as well as Dawn Haag on behalf of Badgerland Financial. They will talk about what they learned through their transitions and will answer questions as time allows.
