ALBANY — The Fourteenth Annual Winter Green-Up Grazing Conference is moving on-line! Because of the increasing incidence of Covid-19 in the Capital District, we have decided to move to an on-line platform in a series of two afternoon sessions.
These sessions will be held on January 25 and February 1, 2022 from 1:00-4:00pm, via Zoom.
On Tuesday, January 25, 2022, we will enjoy presentations from Matt LaRoux, Extension Associate from Cornell University and Stacy Himelright, Cattle Procurement Lead/Head Buyer at the Cargill Beef Plant. On Tuesday, February 1, 2022, we will learn from Mike Lapi, Chef Instructor from SUNY Cobleskill, and our keynote presenter, Judith Schwartz, author of Cows Save the Planet, The Reindeer Chronicles, and Water in Plain Sight.
Enjoy the same great speakers and content from the comfort of your home or office! Cost for the virtual conference is $15 for one session or $25 for both sessions.
