JACKSONVILLE, Ill. — Many individuals are interested in putting solar and wind energy to work at their home. However, there are many questions that need answered for people to determine if it will work for them.
University of Illinois Extension will conduct a Wind and Solar Energy Seminar for Homeowners on July 18, from 6 to 8 pm at the Morgan County Extension office, 104 North Westgate in Jacksonville.
Speakers will include Jay Solomon, Agricultural Engineer with U of I Extension, Sean Middleton with Illinois Rural Electric Cooperative, and Shannon Fulton with the Illinois Solar Energy Association.
