SACRAMENTO — “Discover What’s New” at Food Processing Expo 2018 to be held at the Sacramento Convention Center, February 21-22, 2018. The Expo is the largest food processing trade show in California and is attended by food processors and industry vendors from throughout the state.
The Expo features two days of industry workshops of interest to both small and large food producers, including Finding a Co-Packer to Help Build Your Business, Going Organic, It’s Complicated; Complying with the New Food Safety Modernization Act Foreign Supplier Verification Rule and Navigating Legal Medical Marijuana in the Workplace.
The Expo also will also include an expansive trade show floor, featuring a wide array of equipment, products and services for food processors, a Tasting Pavilion and a Speed Interviewing event designed to match food processors with students interested in careers in the field.
Steve Schmidt is the Expo keynote speaker and will provide analysis of today’s political headlines. Schmidt is an MSNBC political analyst and served in in key positions in President George W. Bush’s Administration.
The Food Processing Expo is produced each year by the California League of Food Producers (CLFP) an association representing the interests of both large and small food and beverage processors throughout California. CLFP works to help ensure a favorable and profitable business environment for its members and the food processing industry.
