According to Colin Kennard, Operations Manager at Wellscroft, the new online sales capability expands upon the company’s commitment to personal service and in-depth support. “We still field-test all of our products at our own farm in Harrisville, NH; our team of fencing professionals is still available to provide guidance and support; and we are still dedicated to providing education and information, along with our fencing products. But now customers can shop our e-commerce store 24/7 whenever is most convenient for them and we can provide a lot of our educational materials right online.”
The website enables users to shop for fencing equipment, parts and supplies by their application, as well as by product name. Links are provided to easily contact a Wellscroft Fencing Expert every step of the way. Shoppers have the option to have products shipped to them or to pick up their order in Wellscroft’s New Hampshire store.
