IOWA FALLS, Iowa — Join Southfork Watershed Alliance Inc. on Thursday, November 17th for the 2022 Water Quality & Soil Health Forum and Trade Show. Farmers, landowners, and anyone curious about water quality and soil health are encouraged to attend.
Keynote speakers include Bill Northey, CEO of the Agribusiness Association of Iowa and former Iowa secretary of agriculture, and Dr. Thanos Papanicolau, USDA-National Lab for Ag and the Environment Laboratory Director. A panel of local farmers implementing strip-till or no-till systems will also present. Vendors and agricultural organizations will staff booths from 4:30 – 6 p.m.
This event will be held at the Ellsworth Community College Ag Center, 707 Ellsworth Ave, Iowa Falls. Registration will begin at 4:30 pm, followed by a complementary meal catered by Cadet Kitchen of Iowa Falls, with the speakers and Q&A to finish the night.
