BEDFORD, Pa. — The Beef Checkoff’s Northeast Beef Promotion Initiative (NEBPI) invites you to tune in to a live [virtual] cook-along style workshop on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at 7:00PM. The workshop will feature Chrissy Carroll, Registered Dietitian and Blogger at Snacking in Sneakers.

Join us as Chrissy showcases spooky beef treats for this Halloween-themed cook-along event. She will be sharing easy recipes to make Halloween dinner a meal your kids will look forward to! They will leave you saying “Bone Appetit”!

Halloween is a nostalgic holiday, rich in childhood memories and traditions, with the whole family. The holiday is marked with pumpkin carving, hayrides, trick-or-treating and more – all activities that bring the whole family together for a fun-filled night. We know things look different this year and we think it is the perfect time to start a new Halloween dinner tradition. From Mini Mummy Meatloaves to Spider Meatballs, there is something for every member of your family. We are ready to have fun with tasty and creative beef recipes!

Kaitlyn Swope, Director of Consumer Affairs with the NEBPI shared, “We are looking forward to engaging with and sharing practical recipes with our Northeast consumers. We know that things continue to look different, but beef continues to unite families around the dinner table. We know our consumers will enjoy these spooky spins on some classic beef favorites.”
