SALEM, Ore. — The FDA recently released the proposed rule, “Standards for the Growing, Harvesting, Packing and Holding of Produce for Human Consumption Relating to Agricultural Water”. This proposed rule would update Subpart E of the FSMA Produce Safety Rule which is currently on hold.
