MECHANICSBURG, Pa. — Contract lobbyist Vince Phillips announced that he is entering retirement after 31 years of lobbying at Pennsylvania’s State Capitol. During his tenure, he has been an advocate for groups spanning several industries – independent insurance agents (property/casualty), health insurance brokers, agriculture associations such as Christmas Tree growers, the PA State Grange and the PA State Council of Farm Organization, and business groups ranging from the PA Septage Management Association, a manufacturers’ association and a chamber of commerce. He also has the PA State Tax Collectors Association as a current client.
Vince Phillips will still publish two public policy newsletters, LEG-REG Review for insurance readers and AG ONE Newsletter for readers interested in agricultural issues. He resides in Mechanicsburg, PA. He is a graduate of Indiana University at South Bend, University of Notre Dame, and Maxwell School of Syracuse University.
