TUCKER, Ga. — Feed manufacturing is a critical aspect of poultry and egg production and processing. As input costs increase and new challenge arise, feed mill management becomes more and more complex.
USPOULTRY’s 2022 Feed Mill Management Seminar will provide attendees with practical methods to improve production efficiency at the feed mill, while highlighting feed production technology. The seminar will be held March 16-17 at the Doubletree Hotel Downtown in Nashville, Tennessee.
“This year’s program planning committee has offered attendees a variety of interesting topics,” remarked Larry Hooper, senior feed mill manager for Cobb-Vantress, and program committee chairman. “The combined expertise of mill managers and poultry nutrition professionals allows this program to provide a fantastic educational opportunity for everyone.”
Program topics will include a Regulatory Update of FSMA and Inspection Results; Feed Mill Biosecurity; Grinding Equipment Innovations and Maintenance; Antibiotics in an ABF Broiler Mill; Dust Control; Cooling: An Overview and Case Studies; and Pelleting Steam Systems.
