ARVADA, Colo. — Due to Colorado’s enhanced gathering restrictions as of last month, Colorado Cattlemen’s Association (CCA) will be implementing an alternative virtual event for its 2021 Mid-Winter Conference on Tuesday, January 19th, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. Although CCA was hopeful to hold its traditional Mid-Winter Conference in January, the revised event will still provide agency and specialist updates, steering committee discussions, a business session, and a state-of-the- industry/association briefing.
Through these trying times, we are committed to engaging producers to conduct the necessary business of the industry and keeping producers updated on the issues throughout Colorado. This is especially important as we embark on the 2021 legislative session and new Congress and administration appointments. With issues like labor, wolf introduction, and expansion of processing capacity for locally produced beef, this Mid-Winter is not one to be missed. Other policy-based discussions, such as investigations into the beef sectors pricing structure, will also take place.
The virtual meeting is complimentary to all attendees. For more information or to register, please visit https://tinyurl.com/cca-
