MIDDLETOWN, N.Y. — Cornell Cooperative Extension Orange County will present Let’s Cook Together at Cornell Cooperative Extension Orange County, 18 Seward Avenue, Third Floor, Middletown, NY 10940 on six Wednesdays this fall. The classes will be held on, October 30, and November 6,13, 20, 27, and December 4, 2019 from 5:30 – 7:00 PM. This program is geared towards parents/caregivers and children (ages 8 and up). There is no charge for the workshop, and complimentary child care will be provided.
Each week, you will learn tips and tricks that will help with a better lifestyle for you and your family. Topics will include:
- Together prepare recipes with less sugar, fat and salt that your kids will love
- Tips on how to save time and money when shopping and planning meals
- Hands-on food preparation and tastings
