HARNED, Ky. — The first sale at the United Producers Livestock Center in Harned, Ky., will raise money for Eastern Kentucky flood victims. The sale will feature a donation lot, where all proceeds go to the Kentucky Farm Bureau Relief Fund to support flood victims. United Producers will match dollars raised up to $2,500.
The first sale at the new facility, 1380 Highway 1401, will take place at 8 a.m. CST on Monday, Sept. 12.
The United Producers Livestock Center opened in August 2022. The facility will host weekly livestock auctions, special sales and other ag events. The space has 47,000 feet of pens under roof, as well as outside pens and easy, efficient access to water.Â
