LACONIA, N.H. — UNH Extension will offer a series of three webinars this winter on various farm succession topics. This Future of the Farm webinar series begins February 13, 2020 with Leasing Farmland, speakers include Cara Cargill, New Hampshire Field Agent with Land for Good and Paul Goeringer, Extension Legal Specialist at the University of Maryland. The webinar series will continue on March 12 with Understanding the LLC, presented by Kenesha Reynolds, Agriculture Business Management Specialist with UNH Cooperative Extension and Paul Goeringer of University of Maryland. The final webinar of the series will be held on April 9th with the topic of Installment Sales as a Means of Transferring the Farm, presented by Kelly McAdam of UNH Cooperative Extension and Paul Goeringer of University of Maryland. All webinars will take place from noon to 1 pm.
To access the webinars, participants should register by going to https://extension.unh.edu/tags/farm-estate-and-succession-planning and selecting the webinar they wish to register for. It is necessary to register for each webinar individually.
A link will be emailed to participants at least one week prior to the webinar. Registration is free for all of these events.
