QUEENSTOWN, Md. — Come join the University of Maryland Department of Plant Science and Landscape Architecture and UMD Extension for an evening discussing the industrial hemp research trials, including variety trials, phosphorus uptake, pests and diseases, nitrogen fertility, and planting date and depth. There will be a Q&A with Extension specialists following these discussions.
This in-person event will be held July 29 from 6:30–8:30 p.m. at the Wye Research and Education Center in Queenstown, MD. Activities will be held outside, so please dress accordingly. Closed-toe shoes and long pants are recommended.
