AMHERST, Mass. — Join us via GoToWebinar for a review of the challenges and problems of the 2020 season. Attendees can choose to attend either the landscape or turf session, or the entire two-day program. Both will be held as live webinars from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm, with three topics on each day.

Woody Ornamentals Landscape topics: Review of Pests and Diseases from the UMass Plant Diagnostic Lab; Year in Review of Troublesome Insect and Mite Pests of Woody Plants; and Four Difficult-to-Manage Landscape Weeds
Friday, Dec. 4, 2020 – 8:30 am to noon
Turf Landscape topics: 2020, A Tough Year for Turf: Lawn Health Issues Observed in the UMass Plant Diagnostic Lab; Five Difficult-to-Manage Turf Weeds; and The Turf Entomologist’s Season in Review
Attendees can choose to attend either half-day sessions, or both days.
Dec. 2 Session ONLY: 3 pesticide contact hours for categories 29, 36 or Applicators License (applies to all New England states)
Dec. 4 Session ONLY: 3 pesticide contact hours for categories 37 or Applicators License (applies to all New England states)
BOTH DAYS: 6 for Applicators License; 3 pesticide contact hours for categories 29, 36, or 37 (applies to all New England states)
Association credits: ISA, MCA, MCLP, and MCH credits requested.
Cost: $75 for each half-day program (12/2 or 12/4); $95 if registering for BOTH Woody Ornamentals on 12/2 and Turf on 12/4.
Preregistration recommended, as space is limited.
Financial Assistance Available: For eligible employers located in Massachusetts, the Fall Wrap-up registration fee may be partially reimbursed (up to 50%) through the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Express Grant Program. Employers should submit an online application to the Express Grant program at least 4 weeks in advance of the event date.
