SALAMANCA, N.Y. — NY Sustainable Agriculture Working Group (NYSAWG), a non-profit affiliate of Southern Tier West, is hosting a 2-part series on food business entrepreneurship and product development and safety. Both workshops are FREE!
The first part, “Recipe for Success: Selling Food Products” is Wednesday, April 17, 9:30 am – 12:30 pm; the second part, “Food Development, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance” is Tuesday, May 7, 10 am – 1 pm.
Both sessions take place in the Center for Regional Excellence, 4039 Route 219, Salamanca, NY.
The presenter for “Recipe for Success: Selling Food Products” is Kate Moody from the NY Small Business Development Center; and the presenters for “Food Development, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance are Dr. Bruno Xavier and Shannon Prozeller of Cornell’s Food Venture Center.
