COBLESKILL, N.Y. — Cornell Cooperative Extension will host Twelve Steps to Successful Canning, Wednesday, June 20, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., at the Extension Center, 173 South Grand Street in Cobleskill. Join Master Food Preserver, Jan Ryder, for a hands-on session that covers Boiling Water Canning for high-acid foods and Pressure Canning for low-acid foods. The cost is $20 per person, including all materials and supplies. Space is limited to 14 participants. Registration by Monday, June 18, is payable in advance to reserve your space.
