Time to register for Tri-County Junior 4-H Camp

Youth will enjoy three fun-filled days of theme-based challenges and outdoor activities

Boone, Hardin, Marshall, and Story County youth completing 4th, 5th, or 6th grades this spring are invited to the Going for the Gold! Tri-County Junior 4-H Camp Wednesday, August 8, 10:00 a.m. through Friday, August 10, 8:30 p.m. at the YMCA Camp northwest of Boone, 1192 166th Drive Boone, IA 50036.

BOONE, Iowa — Boone, Hardin, Marshall, and Story County youth completing 4th, 5th, or 6th grades this spring are invited to the Going for the Gold! Tri-County Junior 4-H Camp Wednesday, August 8, 10:00 a.m. through Friday, August 10, 8:30 p.m. at the YMCA Camp northwest of Boone, 1192 166th Drive Boone, IA 50036. Youth do not need to be 4-H members to participate.

Enjoy three fun-filled days of theme-based challenges and outdoor activities including team building, swimming, climbing wall, canoeing, archery, outdoor cooking, arts and crafts, creek walk, campfires, celebration, and plenty of good food! Family members are invited to join in the Friday evening BBQ, closing ceremony, and campfire with S’mores.

Registration forms are available at http://www.extension.iastate.edu/boone/news/tri-county-jr-4-h-camp or your county ISU Extension and Outreach office. Refer to your county specific registration form for cost. Registration deadline is July 20.
