BEACON, N.Y. — The virtual Cider Week Hudson Valley launched this Saturday, June 20 and will run through Sunday, June 28 with a wide variety of on-line events. The schedule includes virtual tastings, orchard tours, happy hour cocktail recipe video tutorials, chef and cider pairing dinner dates, online panel conversations, and even a yoga with cider and drawing with cider session.
