CHAMPAIGN, Ill. — The Land Connection is conducting a search for a new Executive Director, and the application period is drawing to a close this coming Monday, December 11.
The Land Connection is looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and supportive individual to take over the helm of this dynamic 501(c)3 that offers farmer training (such as the Central Illinois Farm Beginnings course, an annual organic grains conference, and numerous workshops, webinars, and field days throughout the year), operates the Champaign Farmers’ Market (with a strong emphasis on tackling food insecurity through our SNAP incentive program), and works to create new sales opportunities for local farmers to build a healthier food system. Applications are due December 11 for this wonderful opportunity to work with a close-knit team to help grow the local food economy.
