FORT COLLINS, Colo. — Mark your calendars!! On April 24th, we are hosting a panel to discuss the future of the beef industry. The night will kick off at 6:00 pm with a delicious dinner consisting of brisket, California salad, baked beans, and peach cobbler. The event, open to the public and students, will follow dinner. It is totally FREE. We will have various panelists with different perspectives on the topic. They include a policy perspective, a meat scientist, a beef producer perspective, and a lab grown meat specialist. Please join us for this amazing learning and networking opportunity!
