AUSTIN — The Texas Beef Council’s overall strategic goal is to help be a catalyst to increase beef demand. Working under the Texas industry Long Range Plan, Texas Beef Council and the Beef Promotion Research Council of Texas are working every day to help keep Texas beef producers profitable.
