PHILADELPHIA — Assuring that assets related to the farm infrastructure remain vibrant no matter how the farm is used…dairy, poultry, cropping, vegetables, livestock, or equine and whether full-time, part-time, or hobby farming…requires that the owner pay attention to key issues such as financial management, taxes, lending, regulations, and zoning requires an attention to detail and often assistance from financial professionals. This program asks an ag lender, an ag insurance specialist, and an ag lawyer about the three most important questions for farm owners regarding the aspects of farm infrastructure management.
