WASECA, Minn. — The University of Minnesota Extension’s Fruit and Vegetable program is hosting an evening field tour for vegetable growers on June 14 from 5:00-8:00pm, at the U of MN Southern Research and Outreach Center.
Activities include: Touring research plots on mechanical weed management, scouting and managing vegetable insect pests, and optimizing sprayer performance. Sprayer demonstrations will be led by Ken Frost of Frost Inc. and The Spray Barn in St. Croix Falls, WI. This event is ideal for anyone growing and selling vegetables in Minnesota.
