SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. — Are you involved in the equine industry? Do you own a horse? Maybe you are a veterinarian, groomer, or hay producer. Even if you simply love horses, we are looking for everyone’s input. CCE Equine is providing an opportunity for the horse community to be the narrators of your own story using moderated focus groups.
Focus groups are a formative evaluation process that allows stakeholders (in this case those involved in the horse industry) to discuss current concerns, successes, and needs freely. CCE Equine will facilitate discussions for three different areas in the equine industry: Horse Racing, Business Owners, and Horse Owners/Horse Enthusiasts.
Located at the CCE Office, 50 West High Street, Ballston Spa 12020. Discussions will be held on two separate days, Tuesday March 7th at 4:00pm, and Thursday Match 9th at 4:00pm and 6:30pm. Data collected will be reported anonymously to the public. There will be no recording, or video offerings.
All are welcome! Participants can expect light refreshments, a round table discussion lead by a moderator, and a chance to articulate relevant concerns together. Please register today at https://cornell.ca1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_bkJkubpAgw7HvQa or scan the QR Code. We can only accommodate 15 people per session. The closer we get to a full house, the more accurate and valuable the information gathered will be.
Please, do not let this opportunity pass by, if you value this industry, we need your support and expertise. Please contact Brieanna at 518-885-8995 or bh548@cornell.edu or visit our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/cceequine/
