Stockmanship & Stewardship event October 22-23

Two day training focused around low stress cattle handling techniques for cattle producers

The Kentucky Beef Network is proud to host one of six regional Stockmanship & Stewardship events in 2021.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. โ€” The Kentucky Beef Network is proud to host one of six regional Stockmanship & Stewardship events in 2021. This event is a one of a kind, two day training focused around low stress cattle handling techniques for cattle producers. Unlike most educational opportunities, this agenda get cattlemen and women hands on experiences to enhance their understanding of these practices to better themselves as well as their operations. In addition to low stress handling techniques, there will be sessions geared specifically to the southeastern cow-producer and BQA certification. These sessions have been planned with the southeastern producer in mind. This engaging event will allow producers to grow their network and understanding of practices to keep their operations viable for years to come.
