WATERTOWN, N.Y. — Cornell Cooperative Extension of Jefferson County will be offering a “Starting a Value-Added Business” workshop. Maria ‘Flip’ Filippi from the CCE Harvest Kitchen in St. Lawrence County will review current food safety requirements and resources to help you successfully start your own food business. The class will take place on Thursday, December 6th from 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM at the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Jefferson County office located at 203 North Hamilton St. Watertown, NY 13601.
