EAST LANSING, Mich. — Tree fruit growers are encouraged to join us for a Spring Tree Fruit Meeting April 27, 2017, at Walli’s Family Restaurant in Flint, Michigan, from 7:30-11:30 a.m. Walli’s is located just east of Flint at 341 S. Center Rd., Burton, MI 48509. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. with a full breakfast buffet and speakers start promptly at 8 a.m. The cost is $15 (payable at the door with cash or check).
The meeting agenda is filled with information and topics you will find very useful in growing tree fruit crops this season. MDARD pesticide recertification credits have been applied for and the Michigan State University Extension bulletin E0154, “2017 Michigan Fruit Management Guide,” will be for sale at $30 per copy.
