JEFFERSON CITY — We need your input! The Missouri Department of Economic Development, Missouri Rural Development Partners, the University of Missouri Extension and the Missouri Department of Economic Development’s Office of Rural Development, are launching the first annual Missouri Rural Survey. They want to hear from rural citizens, business owners and leaders about the key issues, opportunities and challenges facing rural Missouri communities.
Please be honest and candid in your answers (survey responses are anonymous), and help us grasp the true vision for what’s going on in the state and what you think should be done to continue rural revitalization efforts. Your opinions will help us and other state leaders know how to better serve you and your communities.
Survey results, again, completely anonymous, will be compiled, analyzed and published later in 2017 to help educate local, state and national leaders of the issues facing rural Missouri communities. Please complete the survey by March 31.
