CANFIELD, Ohio — Learn how to improve your soil and keep it fertile with Mahoning County Extension and Mahoning County Farm Bureau. We will cover management practices as well as how to improve water quality and preserve the environment.
This program, held Oct. 10, will start at 6:30 p.m. and run to 8:30 p.m. at the Mahoning County Extension Office, 490 S. Broad St., Canfield, Ohio. Program speaker Eric Barrett, OSU Extension Educator, and Bill Snyder, Extension Volunteer, will show participants how to manage, improve and preserve their landscape. Safeguard practices regarding water quality will also be covered.
Registration for this event is free, and door prizes as well as soil tests will be offered. Registration can be mailed or dropped off at the Mahoning County Extension Office, 490 S.
