PORT ROYAL, Pa. — Penn State Extension will offer a soil health workshop, Soil: Nutrient Management, Plant Pathogens, and Health, October 15 at the Spruce Hills Grange Hall, located at 20378 PA-75 South, Port Royal. The event will kick off at 9:30 a.m.
This workshop offers the opportunity to learn, refresh, and expand your knowledge on soil health issues and practices. Specialists from Penn State and Penn State Extension will cover nutrient management, soil-borne plant pathogens, and cover crop selection and use.
Pennsylvania pesticide recertification and Certified Crop Advisor continuing education credits will be offered.
