DOYLESTOWN, Pa. — Bucks County 4-H is holding Veterinary Science classes for local kids ages 10-18. The classes will be taught over a 6 week period. These classes are taught by veterinarians and are for youth that have an interest in animals. There will be a sessions for Vet Science Level I, which instructs on the normal animal, on Tuesday evenings in Wrightstown beginning March 24th.
Youth members will learn about animal behavior, maintaining health, and how to take temperatures, pulses, and respiration rates. The Animal Science and Veterinary Clinics course will be on Monday evenings across the county beginning April 6th.
