BISMARCK — “Growing creatively with STEAM” is the theme for the NDSU spring semester online course being offered by Project Food, Land & People. The course will begin with an introduction on Wednesday, February 15th from 4-6 pm. Educators will follow a link with a laptop or other camera enabled computer, where they will see/hear the class facilitators and other class participants on the screen. Educators will have access to a wide variety of grade level designed lessons from which they will choose three (3) to present in their classrooms or to students, with completion by May 10th.
