QUEENSTOWN, Md. — The Mid-Atlantic Certified Crop Advisers (MACCA) is seeking nominations for their annual Excellence in Crop Advising Award. This award recognizes a deserving, dedicated, and exceptionally professional Certified Crop Adviser (CCA). Farmers, agricultural professionals, and CCA’s throughout the Mid-Atlantic region (Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Virginia, and West Virginia) can nominate Certified Crop Advisers for this honor.
All CCA’s within the Mid-Atlantic region are eligible to be considered for the Excellence in Crop Advising Award. MACCA is seeking nominees who are outstanding in their field and recommend best practices that are economically and environmentally beneficial to farmers.
Nominations are due by September 15th. You can nominate your CCA by filling out the form here. Please share how your CCA provides superior service for farming operations in nutrient management, soil and water management, integrated pest management, and crop production.
The Excellence in Crop Advising Award will be announced this fall at the Mid-Atlantic Crop School.
