BROOMFIELD, Colo. — To All Interested Parties:
The Colorado Department of Revenue (DOR) submitted a legislatively-mandated report for SB 22-205 Concerning Intoxicating Hemp and Tetrahydrocannabinols. SB 22-205 directed the Colorado Department of Revenue’s State Licensing Authority (DOR SLA), in coordination with the Colorado Department of Agriculture (CDA) and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) to convene and facilitate a Task Force to evaluate and make recommendations regarding the regulation of intoxicating hemp products. This report is the conclusion of the Task Force efforts.
Task Force Final Report & Agency Supplement
Looking ahead, the General Assembly will review the report to inform whether to adopt any or all of the recommendations into law. The legislative session begins on Monday, January 9 and CDA will be prepared to engage as necessary and appropriate on resulting legislation.
