BROOME CO., N.Y. — Savoring The Flavors of the Southern Tier is a collaboration between Southern Tier Independent Restaurants (STIR), the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce, and Cornell Cooperative Extension of Broome County. Savoring the Flavors seeks to support local, independent restaurants in Broome County, New York.
Savoring the Flavors: Summer Tour
A culinary journey through Broome County

When: Thursday, July 21, 2022 – 2 pm
Savoring the Flavors Summer Tour will visit several STIR restaurants that represent the wide variety of culinary options available in the Southern Tier. Viewers will learn the history behind the restaurant, go behind the scenes in the kitchen, and learn about some of the signature dishes. We’ll also be visiting the Broome County Regional Farmers Market to talk to local farmers and learn about the importance of local food. Following are the participants and approximate release dates:
