In this 1-day program you will learn the essentials of food processing sanitation. Topics covered include Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures, choosing the correct Sanitizers and Cleaners, Pest Management Programs, Record Keeping, and Implementing SSOPs in your facility/Kitchen.
