SEDALIA, Mo. — Camping forms for livestock exhibitors will be available on the State Fair website starting at 9 am on May 1.
Please note that the State Fair website typically experiences very high traffic volume on the morning the livestock exhibitor camping forms go live. State Fair staff is working with our webmaster and site host to be diligent in our efforts to accommodate the hits that the site often experiences during this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding should any situations arise.
If you have questions about the status of your camping form after you have submitted it, please email campgrounds@mda.mo.gov.
These reserved exhibitor campsites will open Sunday, Aug. 4; they are only available for livestock exhibitors, commercial vendors and persons with disabilities.

Entry Forms Available May 10
Livestock Show and Competitive Exhibit rules and classes are currently available in the online Premium Guide, a comprehensive tool for exhibitors. Exhibitors will be able to access livestock and competitive exhibit online entry forms starting Friday, May 10. To receive your premium payment the Vendor Input Form must be completed by each exhibitor. You can find entry forms and the vendor input form on our website.

Many competition updates have been made for the 2019 Missouri State Fair. Be sure to check out our website for information on new superintendents, deadlines, parking pass limits, shows, contests, and rules.
General Reminders for Exhibitors
4-H/FFA livestock exhibitors will NOT be entered automatically in the open show. An open show fee is required. No entries will be accepted during the Fair. This includes 4-H/FFA exhibitors wishing to enter open shows which is done separately from the youth show entry. All entries must be made and fees paid in compliance with stated deadlines prior to the Fair.
Exhibitors under age 13 will again be admitted free to the 11-day Fair, while exhibitors age 13 and older will be able to purchase up to 40 single-day exhibitor admission tickets at a special price of $5. The discounted exhibitor tickets are available on entry forms and from the Fair’s business office until Aug. 7. The tickets do not include parking and will not be available at the gate.
