Register for Panhandle Corn/Soybean Update

Will take place February 3 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Two weeks is the 2023 Corn/Soybean Update at the Washington County Extension Office in Chipley (1424 Jackson Ave. Chipley, FL). This is a two hour production meeting similar to last year's, taking place from 10am to 12pm CST. Topics to be discussed include disease, weed, and insect management, as well as fertility needs and variety updates. The meeting has been approved for 2 CEUs: 1 Core and 1 Private or 1 Row Crop or 1 Research and Demo. (file photo)

CHIPLEY, Fla. — Two weeks is the 2023 Corn/Soybean Update at the Washington County Extension Office in Chipley (1424 Jackson Ave. Chipley, FL). This is a two hour production meeting similar to last year’s, taking place from 10am to 12pm CST. Topics to be discussed include disease, weed, and insect management, as well as fertility needs and variety updates. The meeting has been approved for 2 CEUs: 1 Core and 1 Private or 1 Row Crop or 1 Research and Demo.

The meeting is free but registration is required to obtain an accurate headcount for lunch. Please call the Washington County Extension Office (850-638-6180) by end of day January 25th to have your name placed on the registration list. Lunch is catered based on registration, no registration, no lunch.
