Colorado State University’s Ram’s Point Winery invites you to experience the artistry of wine! Discover the visual, olfactory, and gustatory sensory parameters of wine when Ram’s Point Winery and other Colorado wines are paired with local cuisine. Interact with CSU horticulture faculty and students concentrating in viticulture and enology as they lead a sensory exercise with dinner.
