OTTAWA, Ohio — The Putnam Soil ND Water Conservation District is hosting a Water Quality Meeting on Tuesday. The meeting will be held at the Ottawa K of C hall.
All farmers, landowners and the public are invited to come learn more about the state of water quality, regulations and what we can all do to help efforts.
The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. with snacks and soft drinks provided. The speaker will be Dr. Chris Winslow from OSU Extension. He is the director of the Stone Laboratory Center for Lake Erie Area Research and the Ohio Sea Grant.
The Putnam SWCD office will finish the evening discussing local data and current programs being offered.
