IOWA FALLS, Iowa — Private Pesticide Applicator Re-certification Training will be held Tuesday evening, April 2, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., in Hamilton Auditorium in the Kruse-Main Building on the Ellsworth Community College Campus in Iowa Falls. Registration will begin at 6:30 p.m. and participants must be registered prior to 7:00 p.m.
Annual training is required for private pesticide applicators wanting to re-certify to apply restricted use pesticides. Certified applicators who do not attend annual training will have to take an exam to re-certify. There is a $20 state-wide training fee for attending Private Pesticide Applicator Re-certification Training payable to Hardin County ISU Extension at the time of registration.
