ALBANY — This program will bring together agricultural labor experts and farm business management specialists from across the state to discuss New York’s new laws regarding workplace sexual harassment. The training will help agricultural employers understand the new requirements and decide what steps they will take to meet the new standards before the October 2019 deadline.
WHEN: Monday, July 29 & Tuesday, July 30 from 10:00am – 1:00pm
WHERE: Multiple locations in New York state

Speakers located across the state will connect via Zoom to share their presentations. Each workshop location will project the Zoom meeting and provide a light lunch. Participants will be able to ask real time questions and engage with other farmers.
This training is designed for employers and human resource managers, not employees.
Meeting Locations
Meetings will take place in each of the listed Cornell Cooperative Extension county offices, except where an alternative venue and address is provided.
