Preserving Strawberry Jam

Pressure Canning Demonstration: Green Beans

- Location: Naples Public Public Library, 940 Roosevelt Trail, Naples
Intro to Water Bath Canning
- Date: Wednesday, July 12, 5:30p.m.-8:30p.m.
- Location: Law Mountain Wreaths N Bakery, 218 Pond Road, Wilton
Boiling Water Bath Canning: Strawberry Jam
- Date: Friday, July 21, 10:00a.m.-12:00p.m.
- Location: Naples Public Public Library, 940 Roosevelt Trail, Naples
Preserving Pickles
- Date: Tuesday, July 25, 5:30p.m.-8:00p.m.
- Location: University of Maine Regional Learning Center, 75 Clearwater Dr., Suite 104, Falmouth
UMaine Extension staff and volunteers will lead workshops where you will learn hands-on, USDA-recommended food preservation methods. Registration cost of $20 per person includes a sample to take home. Fresh produce, canning jars and other canning equipment will be provided.
