Cornell Cooperative Extension of Orange, Sullivan and Ulster Counties present the online class, PIGS! How to get Started, which will be held on Thursday, June 4th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm via the online platform Zoom.
This event is open to all with an interest in pigs, including FFA and 4-H members. We will cover the basics of pig production, breed selection, production systems, herd management practices, cost of production and basic marketing regulations and outlets. Bring your questions and join us from your computer or phone!
There is a registration fee of $5. Once you are registered, the Zoom link to participate in the class will be emailed to you.
